1066BC_Hero

It's not easy to name just one hero. So, instead, I chose the individuals who have helped me achieve what I have, who have guided and supported me through my successes and failures. These are the teachers, friends, brothers and parents whose hard work never ends. I'm in my second month of school and I still keep thinking about all of them. Life can get so busy, and it can be really hard to make sure that you're being the friend, the mentor, the sibiling and the child that you should be. It's so easy to make excuses for the mistakes we've made. When we forget to call our best friends on their birthday, we say, "Oh, I had SO much work to do that day," but we really should strive to be the best friend we can. Thinking of these people help me focus and realize what it's important. I've been getting more and more involved as the year has progressed, and I'm so grateful to meet tons of new people. It is hard though, to have so many activities going on and still do well in school! It comes down to a lot of time management, and it's really just about balance. Are you involved in a lot of activities? Do you play any sports or anything like that? Growing up I used to love playing soccer and still do play occassionally with my friends. Now that I've shared who my hero is, do you have a hero? Or someone you really admire? I'd love to hear more about you and your interests! I hope everything is going reallly well with you. Good luck!!
